Corentin Perolari started motocross at the age of 4. He soon started competing, with impressive results and eventually entered the 85cc World Championship, finishing in fifth place in the 2011 final standings. Corentin was then offered a tryout on a road racing bike by Laurent Fellon (Johann Zarco’s coach), and never looked back.
In his first year of road racing competition, the french rider won the Yamaha YZF-125 Cup. He was then selected for the Red Bull Rookies Cup, a renowned pipelined into Grand-Prix racing, with a couple of 4th-place finishes as his best results in 2013-2014. In 2016 Corentin won the Spanish Supersport Championship with a Yamaha R6 and the number … 94.
Corentin entered the European Moto2 Championship in 2017 and (early) 2018 on the peculiar Transfiormer, which uses a nontraditional front suspension design, with some solid performances on Spanish tracks. He also earned a pole position at the Bol d’Or (Superstock Category).
In 2018, GMT94 entered the World Supersport Championship with french rider Mike Di Meglio. After a few rounds, Mike decided to halt his Supersport season to focus on his participation the World Endurance Championship and defend GMT 94’s title. The french team turned to Corentin Perolari as a Supersport replacement rider. After making stunning progress, Corentin was fighting for top places in the last three rounds. At 20 years of age, Corentin will answer the entire 2019 World Supersport Championship on the Yamaha R6 GMT94. He will ride with the number 94 of his debuts and precious to GMT94.
