Lorenzo's debut
Lorenzo is a pure talent, who didn’t wait to be in the Grand-Prix paddocks to make a name for himself. Winning the 2011 Red Bull Rookies Cup in his first season, he grabbed people attention. Then he integrated the famous academy founded by italian superstar Valentino Rossi. So, he took this opportunity to get an high level formation.
Lorenzo's evolution
Naturally tall, Lorenzo Baldassari joined quickly Moto2 World Championship. 600 cc bikes are more designed for his well build. Between 2014 and 2021, he took 12 podiums, including 5 wins. Lorenzo was a world title fighter during the first part of the 2019 season, after a great season beginning, with 3 wins in 3 races.
His arrival at GMT94
In 2022, Lorenzo Baldassarri joined World Supersport Championship after a difficult 2021 season. He won his first race and finished Runner-Up, with 16 podiums and 4 wins. What an achievement. Thanks to his awesome performances, GMT94 team decided to trust him for his World Superbike entry, for the 2023 season.
