The 2023 WorldSBK calendar was unveiled this week. It is similar to the pre-covid era in that the championship will first go to Australia in February as usual. The GMT94 will take part in the two days of official tests which will take place there at the beginning of the race week, with in particular Lorenzo Baldassari in the Superbike category, who joins Valentin DEBISE (Supersport rider). The winter will be particularly short for the GMT94 since the team is currently participating in the last two rounds of the 2022 season in this month of November.

On March 14 and 15, GMT94 Yamaha travelled to Portimão (Portugal) for two days of testing with Lucas Mahiasand Roberto Garcia, in preparation for the second round of the Supersport World Championship, scheduled to take place on the same circuit from March 27 to 29.
