GMT94 and Youth

Last round of the highly anticipated season, the Vigeant circuit (86) saw Bartholomé Perrin, recently a Wild Card with GMT94 in the World Championship at Magny-Cours, and Diego Poncet fight for the Supersport 600 title.

SUPERSPORT 600

Qualifying

“At home”, Neuville-native rider n°39 kicked off his weekend in the best possible way with pole position. “FastBart” made the first step towards clinching the title. His teammate, Damien Marmion, secured a spot on the second row (P4), just ahead of Gabin Cazard (P5), freshly crowned YAMAHA Challenge 700 Champion.
Cyprien Baby clocked the 10th fastest lap (P3 Challenger), and Robin Sautereau qualified P15 (P8 Challenger).

Race 1

Diego Poncet took the opening round of the weekend, beating Bartholomé Perrin by 1 second. This second place wasn’t enough for Bartholomé Perrin to seal the title in the morning session (with 25 points still separating him from Diego Poncet after this race).
Gabin Cazard confirmed his progress with another podium finish (P3)!
Cyprien Baby also impressed in Race 1, climbing to 5th place (P3 Challenger).
Robin Sautereau gained several positions and finished his penultimate race of the season in P12 (P8 Challenger).

Race 2

Everything was still possible for the two Supersport Championship contenders before the second race, even though Bartholomé Perrin’s 25-point lead gave him a comfortable advantage. He only needed to finish 14th to clinch the title. Unfortunately, the final showdown didn’t take place, as Diego Poncet did not start the race.
“FastBart” won the last race of the season and was crowned 2025 FRENCH SUPERSPORT CHAMPION!
Gabin Cazard added another podium to his record with a second place. No doubt he will be a strong contender in the future…!
Robin Sautereau also improved his result in Race 2 (P11, P7 Challenger), capping off a first season full of learning.
Despite finishing outside the points, Challenger rider Cyprien Baby concluded a great season with no fewer than 5 Top-5 Scratch results!
Damien Marmion, DNF in Race 2, also gained valuable experience within the “DMT Racing Supported by GMT94” team.

YAMAHA Challenge 700

Qualifying

Crowned in Alsace a month ago, Gabin Cazard set the 6th fastest lap on Saturday. Arthur Massy, meanwhile, was only 7 hundredths behind (P7). Clara Corale qualified P17 on the grid (P1 female).

Race 1

Right from the opening race, Gabin Cazard secured a spot in the Top 5.
Arthur Massy finished Race 1 in P6, P5 Espoir.
Clara Corale scored another point (P15).

Race 2

Gabin Cazard repeated his performance in Race 2 (P5).
Young rider n°94 finished P9, P8 Espoir. His season was hindered by injuries but remained full of promise and resilience, with a podium in the very first round at Le Mans!
Clara Corale was unable to start Race 2. Competing for the first time in the French Superbike Championship, she faced very strong opponents (P8 at Lédenon!) and gained plenty of experience.

In SUPERBIKE, Enzo de la Vega scores his first ever pole and wins his two first races in Scratch. As soon as his first season in the category, he is runner-up. Congratulations !!!

GMT94 salutes all the riders of FSBK championship for this 2025 season, and thanks them for the battles and emotions given.

Happy winter break, and see you next year !!!
