GMT94 Most 2024 : Results Mahias/Öttl race 1

20 July 2024

Race resume

In Supersport, Lucas Mahias, who started from 10th position, was incisive from the very first laps, quickly moving up to 6th position. A position he held for most of the race. Threatened by Marcel Schrötter a few laps from the end, the GMT94 rider had to give up a place, but fought hard right to the end to secure a precious 6th position at the finish line. The French rider will start tomorrow from 7th place following his race time.

In Superbike, Philipp Öttl bounced back from his Friday in Most. The GMT94 rider, at the height of his best qualifying of the season, gave his all in Race 1. After a good start, Philipp was able to set the pace and stay in contact with Tito Rabat for several laps, finishing 18th, just a few seconds behind Dominique Aegerter and ahead of Yamaha rider Bradley Ray.
