Magny-Cours - France

Race resume

Valentin Debise started from 15th on the grid after a clutch problem in Race 1 and set a superb pace to climb back up to 7th place. In the rhythm of the 4th, Valentin was stopped after the red flag came out with seven laps to go. The race would not restart. Valentin will therefore remain in 7th position.

Jules Cluzel was also handicapped by the red flag. In 10th position, Jules improved his pace lap after lap. Fighting for the 8th place, the rider from Montluçon did more than ten fast laps for the first time since his crash in England. It is certain that Jules will feel even better tomorrow.

After a good qualifying that placed him 9th, Andy Verdoia finished 19th in Race 1.

See you tomorrow at 12:30 for Race 2!
