Race resume

In Supersport, Valentin Debise and his Yamaha YZF-R6 made the show. As soon as the qualifications, the French rider showed that it was necessary to count on him to appear at the front. After some very good times unfortunately cancelled for having exceeded the limits of the track, the number 94 realized a superb last lap to get the 4th place. After this great performance, race 1 was a great opportunity to fight for the podium. After a very good start, the French rider was incisive from the very first laps. Valentin Debise fought throughout the race for the podium with very nice duels against F.Caricasulo, S.Manzi, M.Schrotter, or, C.Oncu, The GMT94 rider finished at only two tenths of the second step of the podium.

Lorenzo Baldassarri’s side is progressing. Even if the transalpine driver only got the 19th time in qualification, he reduced little by little the gap with the leaders. In race 1, the GMT94 Yamaha rider did not give up. The very good rhythm shown on the time sheet proves it. Of course, Lorenzo Baldassarri failed at the door of the points but he did not let go after a duel with Loris Baz in the last lap.

See you tomorrow for the “2” races.
