Race resume

After a delayed start, Jules Cluzel was in 4th position in the leading group, before a red flag came out after one lap of the race. On the restart, Jules Cluzel was fighting for the podium. However, right at the start of the race, a violent high-side propelled Jules Cluzel into the air. The result: two fractured metatarsals in the right foot, a fractured left heel and a sore left shoulder that still needs to be examined by the medical team. A clear break in this weekend full of hope. A convalescence time of about one month is to be expected, but this still has to be confirmed after the next examinations.

After a race reduced to 12 laps, Andy Verdoia obtained his best result of the season with an 8th place. The whole team wishes a quick recovery to Jules, who will not be able to race tomorrow.
