GMT94 riders raced on a dirty track, like never seen before. Lap after lap, pilots have cleaned the track, which was faster at the end of the FP2. After working with used tyres, Corentin made many fast laps and finished first of the day.

All the free practice sessions were held on a very difficult track due to a constant rainfall. The unpredictable weather did not allow the GMT94 riders to find many settings for a dry track.

The good weather was forecast for this weekend but the day started under continuous rain. The GMT94 riders were able to brave the weather to fine-tune the settings and feel confident.

This second day started under raindrops. A busy and grey sky awaited us to never leave us.

Despite the changing and delicate conditions, our three riders set off shameless on the Magny-Cours track.

The GMT94 team arrived yesterday, Tuesday, at the Magny-Cours circuit. The installation went very well despite the continuous rain. The boxes and motorcycles are ready! This weekend promises to be an intense one, full of emotions and experience.

After a fight with the leading group, Jules Cluzel ends 4th of the World Supersport race in Portimao. After a great warm-up, Jules was aiming for a podium.

The week-end was going well, until this difficult QP. Jules Cluzel started the session with a one stop strategy, but has been often blocked in the traffic. His ideal time showed a 1’44, which would allow him to be on the front row.

The first session of the day took place at 11.30 a.m. (local time), under the sun and a high temperature. After two long runs, Jules Cluzel ends at the second position (+0.2). Corentin Perolari had some issues with his clutch, but finishes 9th of the FP1.

After two months of break, the two GMT94 Yamaha R6 will be back on Portimao track (Portugal), for the 10th round of the World Superbike Championship. This week-end is the last one before GMT94 heads to Magny-Cours (France), on September 27th-29th.
