On Tuesday 09 March, Dorna Sports announced the addition of a new race to the 2021 calendar, at the Navarra circuit (Spain). This news came to modify the plans of GMT94. Taking advantage of the opportunity offered to ride on March 17/18, the “94” team decided to go to Spain to learn this new track.

This Wednesday, Jules Cluzel and Federico Caricasulo discovered the Navarra track on their Yamaha R6 GMT94. After 4 hours of riding, the GMT94 riders established a first base of settings.

Last Tuesday, Dorna Sports added a new race to the 2021 calendar, at the Navarra circuit (Spain). This news changed the GMT94 plans. A total winter program reorganization had to be done in a few days.

The circuit of Nevers Magny-Cours (France) will welcome the World Supersport championship from 3rd to 5th September 2021. Preparing the future of French riders is a project in which the French Motorcycling Federation has decided to invest strongly from 2021

On March 14 and 15, Federico Caricasulo, Jules Cluzel and the whole GMT94 team will train on the Nevers Magny-Cours circuit to prepare the French round of the WorldSBK on September 3-4-5, 2021.

Federico Caricasulo (24 years old – Italy) will be Jules Cluzel’s new teammate for the 2021 season on the GMT94 team. Italian champion in 2014 and World Supersport runner-up in 2019, Federico Caricasulo is a long-time member or the Yamaha family.

Each year, Christophe Guyot’s team and the GMT94 partners provide technical support to young French riders, who are racing in FSBK.

Arriving in mid-season 2018, Corentin Perolari placed the Yamaha R6 GMT94 in the points from his second race. He was then quickly at the front. Thanks to him, the team made a great entry into the World Supersport Championship.
