Sunday 12th September was a special day for Jules Cluzel. Indeed, it was his last race in France. The GMT94 rider announced before this race weekend that 2022 would be his last year in motorbike racing.

Great pace for Debise in Race 1, solid start for Cluzel.

Valentin Debise started from 15th on the grid after a clutch problem in Race 1 and set a superb pace to climb back up to 7th place. In the rhythm of the 4th, Valentin was stopped after the red flag came out with seven laps to go. The race would not restart. Valentin will therefore remain in 7th position. Debise and Renaudin crowned in Carole !

This weekend the penultimate round of the French Superbike Championship took place at the Carole circuit (93). The riders helped by the GMT94 Yamaha within its youth project impressed on the French track. Valentin Debise won both races in the Supersport category, and thus clinched his second consecutive French Supersport Championship title.
